Heat problem

I recently moved my system case into a desk that has somewhat restricted air flow. As a result, my CPU temp has risen from the around 33c to as warm as about 46c.
System specs:
Operating System: Windows XP SP2
Computer Make: Generic
Mobo: MSI MS-6728
Processor: 2.8 GHz Pentium 4
Memory: 1 GB
Video: ATI 9600 XT w/256 MB
Plextor PX-716A DVD burner
Lite-on CD-RW
Antec Sonata II chassis

At what point should I start to worry about heat?

My Prescott idles at 46, you're fine. Get worried about 60. Get new cooling at 70. Expect throttling at 80. Send it back at 90. Get out the marshmellows at 100.

My dual core amd loads at 43

Your temps are ok for now, nothing to worry about, once you get close to 60 i would definetly recommend upgrading some cooling features.

I figure that when I upgrade my video card or add video capture, then I'll upgrade my cooling as well. In the meantime, I'll be happy the system is stable and working. (Nonetheless, I think it's time to fire up my Acronis True Image and create a new backup. Should do that more often anyway.) Thanks to all for the responses.

46C is warm but ok.
