Heatsink help

What is a good heatsink/fan for bout 35 and under. My heatsink sucks or something because my cpu is running at 55 degrees Celsius. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

well my volcano II works great and it only cost $10 if that helps

I'm using this 9 dollar heatsink, and on top of that I'm using some 99 cent paste. My temp has been rising lately and it just hit 57.
