I signed up for one of those 3 year contracts with MSN through BestBuy of which I'm perhaps 1 year into. At the time I lived in an apartment which I could not get DSL b/c of the inside wiring. Well now that I have realized the greatness of homeownership (and you though getting a new graphics card was a rush) I can get DSL but MSN doesn't offer it in populated areas yet (I live in Dallas).
Anyone have any thoughts as to how I can get DSL through another provider with out having to pay to get out of my current contract. Sure I could just get DSL and pay MSN $22/month for 2 more year but that isn't very smart money-wise. I don't want to pay for MSN dial-up if I have to pay for DSL.
Anybody have any ideas or know of any ISPs that will buy you out of your current contract if you sign a contract for x months/years with them?
