Help! Job interview Test?

I have a job interview coming up and they are going to test me on TSQL and Microsoft Visual Studio .net. I've never taken a programming test before so has anyone taken a programming test like that before? Do they ask theoretical computer science stuff or actual programming to see how you structure your programs? Or both?
