Hiep, sorry but we all need money for personal reasons (it's called living and it does have a cost), but - we do not all thieve money for personal reasons. By definition I fail to see how Alex can be considered a "nice guy". Perhaps the nice way he stretched out his explanation for a full day "not enough time to type now", "I'll tell you soon", "I'm getting dressed for a ball", and finally the big revalation that he did it because he needed the money, LOL.

Alex seems to have no shortage of friends posting before and after his messages on the boards though, making excuses for his behavior. How lucky he is, eh?

Don't do anything violent in person. Unless someone has actually mailed money to that address, you can't be sure he hasn't used someone else's real address as his own. As much as I can sympathize having your money taken like that, I'd hate to see harm come to an innocent person, or have the tables turned and have the originally wronged person/people go to jail for violence or illegal activity.

OK UPDATED..... apparently.. i went to school with this guy.. his name before the name change was Bao Chieu Nguyen. The reason why i know this is cause i asked a friend and he had that exact AIM SN... His current SN is NoOtherGirlLikeU. Went to high school together. just received a number from my friend 206 854 3859. He's like 100% positive this is him. I'm just about sure too.. cause.. i went to school with this guy.

First, shr00m and everyone else, DO NOT threaten or encourage others to use violence against Alex. You seem to know where he is. Get your proof together and CALL THE COPS! That is what they are there for.

Anyone posting any more threats of physical violence or soliciting it will be banned immediately and permanently.

I think I might have a lead. The first several ip's the mod gave orginate in Fairfax,VA. I have found a personal web page with a pic of a Alex Nguyen.It states that he has attended University of Maryland which is 15-20 min. drive from the Fairfax,VA address.Maybe just a coincedence?

Many ISP's center their operations in Farifax, Va. Alex appears to be from the Seattle area. The ISP's can use IP addresses and time stamps to trace the individual who was logged onto that address at a given time. They will do so IF you present proof of the offense. In the case of fraud, they may require the request to come from a law enforcement agency.

I don't want to post it in a public forum. You can do a search for Alex Nguyen on Metacrawler.Also goto Yahoo!Maps and punch in the zip for Fairfax and the zip for the collage to see what I mean about the distance. Also note when the page was last updated. He would be a little older now.
