The Enlight 7237 is a wonderful case. I haven't seen a smaller case that offers more external drive bays. It's a nice, clean design. The removeable 3.5" bay works well. The rails for the 5.25" drives are very nice as well. And if you are into it, it's a very easy case for modications, especially since it's so cheap you won't feel bad about screwing up.
Some caveats with the 7237: The 250W Enlight PSU on mine is a little louder than I'd like. If you're a quiet nut, buy the case without PSU and put in an Enermax or something. Also there are some models of the 7237 with a single-piece cover. Try to go for the 3-piece cover. It's just a little easier to work with, and a lot easier for mods. Other than that, it's a wonderful case.
The Antec SX1030 is nice too, offering the same number of external bays and a few more internal, but it's bigger and some people don't like the door covering the drive bays. It's a little more expensive but another excellent choice.
Really though, I think you'll find that any case recommended here is a good case.
