Help, what have I done?

I replaced my cpu, powered the system up, The bios reported finding a new cpu and asked me to review the settings. I noticed one of the hard drives was missing from the setup. The HD power cable had come lose. At that point I think I did something stupid. Instead of exiting the bios setup I powered off the system with the power switch and connected the HD power cable, then powered on the system. Fans come on, standby power led on, no beeps, no display. What can I do now?

Hardware: Asus P5Q Pro MB, Asus eah4850/hdt/ video, Q9550 cpu, 2 - WD Caviar SE16 sata300 500gb HDs, 8gig OCZ Platinum DDR2 memory.

Pop the battery and reset the CMOS. Make sure everything is plugged back in. You were not in the act of flashing some everything should recover. ;-)

Thanks, the cmos reset didn't get the system back. It may have helped. It turns out the video card (ASUS EAH4850/HDT) did not fit tight up to the back of the case ( Antec 900 case) and when the card was screwed down it tilted it forward from the ASUS P5Q PRO motherboard slot. Removing the hold down screw allowed the card to seat properly and the system to boot. This is my first build and caused some distress, but I learned a lot. Thanks much for the help

Sorry I can't believe this happened to someone else. I wish i would have read this early on this morning -- I had THE EXACT SAME thing happen to me a while back and I was at the end of the road. I thought for sure I somehow fried my board. I tried resetting the CMOS, pulled battery out etc.. 100 times.. and still nothing. Unplugged cables, power supply, tried different RAM... then I pulled the stupid video card out and placed it back in and BANG... WHAM.. thank you mam, it started up again. I am so sorry you had to go through with that... I was almost in tears and wish I could have at least suggested that for you. Anyhow glad you got it going

Tip for the future:
When you are installing the motherboard , don't tighten down the screws, leave them loose.
Then insert the video card and line it up, then tighten down the motherboard screws.
Most motherboards have a little bit of 'wiggle' room that you can use to make sure the pci cards line up with the case.
