Here's the situation:
In our environment, we've got Cisco Clean Access in place, but at times it refuses to uninstall cleanly in order for us to update the software on client machines. To fix that, we have to manually go in and remove the registry entries left over by the Clean Access software.
I've been looking for a way to create a registry script to automatically search the registry and remove all strings with instances of "cisco". I looked at Microsoft's site on how to make .reg files, but there is no search command, thus I cannot just put in paths from one machine because it may be different on another.
