Help with cooling

i was just wondering what options do i have for cooling my processor.
i am running a 1ghz thunderbird on an asus a7v with a globalwin fop32-1 and arctic silver thermal grease and right now my temperature shows 56C. all i have open is ie.

i have no lockups or anything like that. everything runs fine i just think that's a little hot and i want to take down that temperature

what sort of case ventilation/cooling do you have?
your final cpu temperature is partially dependent on your ambient internal case temperature!

i have a enlight 7237 case with a case fan. i found that an extra case fan doesn't help at all
i thought this case had decent ventilation
and the fop32-1 was supposed to be a very good HSF.
