Help with DVD Rom

hey guys, for Xmas i recieved an LG 16x DVD rom, and everything works fine except for the DVD rom software for dvd rom features. I have both PCfriendly and InterActual player. Everytime i try to play any DVD rom specials like from the Matrix or Spiderman or American Pie 2, Interactual player keeps telling me the dvd navigator is not present and i have reinstall it. I searched some online help places and found that meant they were talking about DirectShow filters. but directshow filters are installed because i have tried both DX8.1 and DX9.0. I have Winfast DVD (which came with my leadtek geforce 4 ti4200) and I have Power DVD XP that came with the DVD Rom. Can anyone help me?

I have WinXp pro, 384mb ram, Athlon Tbird 1.5ghz

You should just use PowerDVD. Interactual and PCFriendly are just programs that allow you to view some special features of the DVD. Could it be that Matrix, Spiderman, and American Pie 2 are PCFriendly DVDs, since it only happens to those? Uninstall those two programs and see if you still get that message. Hope this helps.
