Ok buildin a new system for a good friend
money not really an issue

lookin at the Iwill boards i think
should i go with the magik ka266 or just stick with the KK266?

and whats the benefit of gettin the Raid in a one HD system ?
think its only about $15 difference between raid and non raid boards but is it worth it?

Also suggestions on a 32mb video ? Main game is everquest and dont wanna have to do alot of upgradin for shadows of luclin's new graphics engines and SURE dont wanna be laggin to death

Stick with the KK266. It is a very stable board.
RAID has alot of performance in Raid0 but the access times are slower. I don't think you should get a raid mobo.
A Radeon 32mb LE is a good video card. You can enable Hyper-Z and it will be just like a regular Radeon 32mb DDR.

Any RAID configuration needs at least two HDs. Since you only have one, you would have to buy another just for RAID 0 (striping). And I'm assuming that your getting a T-Bird. I'd say the price/performance is just as good as for Durons. And why not go for a GeForce2 GTS/Pro since money is not an issue? They start at about $130 on pricewatch.com. Go for 256MB RAM since it's so cheap right now.

Oh yeah, and some sleeping pills for EQ.

who cares if its amd approved, the fact is its one of the best athon/duron boards

although i dont currently use the iwill board, if i was needing a new motherboard today it would be the iwill kk266-r and even though i dont use raid i would still get the raid version just so i can upgrade to it if i want
