Help with Raden 9600 SE card

I got one for Christmas, disabled my Integrated NVidia graphics card (Finally!), Put the Radeon in (AGP card on Win XP btw), and hooked everything back up. Turn it on; nadda. Do i need to install something beforehand to activate the AGP slot or anything? The manual only covers 9500/9700/9800 SE, no mention of 9600 SE help, lol.

You need to un-install your Nvidia drivers before putting in an ATI card.

Remove your ATI card and re-enable your onboard video. Then go to your Control Panel, and then to add/remove programs, and uninstall the Nvidia drivers.

After that shut down your PC, switch cards, and then install the new ATI drivers when your computer starts.

Also, you disabled the onboard video in your BIOS, right?
