Current CPU Frequency: 2405MHz (267 x 9)
CPU Voltage: 1.40v
Temperatures: 32C idle stock voltage, mid to high 40's C under load at 1.60+v
Cooling: Stock HSF
Motherboard: GA-K8NS-939
Memory: 512 PC3200 Super Talent
Memory Bus: 166
Memory Timing: Auto
Memory Voltage: Auto
HT Frequency: 3x
Power Supply: Vantec ION 420w

These are my settings with my memory bus that low is this overclock even worth it?

Run some benchmarks and compare, but A64's are not that bandwidth hungry so running the ram at a lower speed won't hurt much.

Current CPU Frequency: 2250MHz (250 x 9)
CPU Voltage: 1.40v
Temperatures: 21C idle stock voltage, low 30's under load
Cooling: Stock HSF
Motherboard: GA-K8NS-939

Memory Bus: 200MhZ
Memory Timing: 2 - 3 - 3 - 7

This seems to be the only stable thing I can do without a BSOD can anyone give me some tips to keep upin her up? I tried bumpin the voltage to 1.6v and upin the HTT to 280 but I get no video )=

You should read Zebo's guide Text I think you are going about this bass ackwards and that should provide you with the testing methodology necessary to get a good, solid, stable overclock

Yes, I realize I am going high to low instead of low to high but thats just my impatient personality (=. I have it stable at the settings above and I scored a 16000 on 3DMark2001 SE so I am pretty happy with it for now but eventually I do want to get it up to the 2.4. I don't really understand the memory portion of overclocking yet thats why I haven't messed with that besides the memory bus speed.

When I am installing programs (i.e. World of Warcraft) I am getting alot of copying errors, I think it is because my memory is running too low. Anyone have any ideas?

Running your memory at low speed won't cause those problems. That's a hefty overclock you've got going. Your CPU probably needs more juice to keep up. Try raising your CPU voltage to 1.425 or 1.45V.

O.K. I uped the voltage to 1.425 and it seems to be running great. When I run Prime95 it gives me this error "FATAL ERROR: Rounding was 0.4999319195, expected less then 0.4" what does this mean? Also when I run any other cpu benching utility it never locks up and they say its fine. So whats the deal? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Well, I guess Prime was right, I jumped into a game and crashed after about 4 minutes. I can't get a stable 2.4 overclock

Current CPU Frequency: 2250MHz (250 x 9)
CPU Voltage: 1.40v
Temperatures: 21C idle stock voltage, low 30's under load
Cooling: Stock HSF
Motherboard: GA-K8NS-939
Memory: 512 PC3200 Super Talent
Memory Bus: 166MhZ
Memory Timing: 2 - 3 - 3 - 7
Memory Voltage: Auto
HT Frequency: 4x
Power Supply: Vantec ION 420w

This is the only setup I've gotten to run stable. Can anyone give me some pointers on how to pass this point?
