help??

ok i have some sort of virus, it says its a trojan and its from svchost or something, and no matter what u do it wont go awaym i ran full scans with avast and with malwarebytes and removed it on both of those but as soon as i remove it it keeps coming back and every 3 seconds i get a pop up from avast saying it did somethign and had to block it, how the hell do i get rid of this thing

yes the problem would be that i dont have a windows disk my laptop came without one

If you don't need to backup anything, you use the build in factory restore. Google your brand and model for the key combo that you need to enter the factory restore mode.

Or you can try in safe mode or diagnostic mode, run rkill first from beepingcomputer to stop the virus/malware temporarily then full scan with malwarebyte.

wel i just bought it a few weeks ago so i might as well do the factory restore, im prob gonna go take this back anyway though cause one side of the battery doesnt lock in like it should

Its probably like it is with a computer I recently had to fix for a co-worker.. where you didn't even need the disc.

Boot into safe mode (start up the computer, keep hitting F8 until you see an option for safe mode) .. then you will be given a split set of options, either boot into safe mode or do a factory system restore (or however its worded for you). Its pretty much all an automated process from there and you'll be up and running at factory default condition in about a half hour.

Have you tried the latest version of combofix? I've had great success with that.
