So if you guys have been reading a couple of my previous threads, you may notice that I've been having a few problems with my NV Silencer 5 on my 6800 Ultra. Anyway, I noticed a while back that I'm missing one of the rubber washers that I need to attach the fan. Last Sunday (Feb. 13) I contacted Arctic Cooling via email to see if I could get a replacement, since you don't get any extra washers.
It's been a week now, and I've gotten no response. Is this how Arctic Cooling treats its customers?
