Also, when I heared AJ Hawk married that nasty chick all I could tihnk about was how an NFL player makign millions a year could marry a nasty looking chick like that. While it was an impressive night and comeback, Quinn only made one play in the fourth that impressed me (the corner fade for TD). Perfectly thrown ball.

The TD to Samardzija was all him, and the defense gets the game ball.

Still think there's better candidates by far (Troy Smith, Steve Slaton, etc.)

Nothing's impossible when you're playing MSU, the perennially spectacular Big Ten self-combustion crew. ND didn't win the game, MSU lost it.

Considering how pathetic ND's schedule is this year (three whole ranked teams, one of which already destroyed Their Lady), I can't believe anyone seriously considered ND for any award at all.

Like ESPN said last night, ND was lucky they were playing MSU...the best team in the nation at finding a way to lose.

I just read the rules and I didn't see that anywhere.

Either way the Badgers already accepted their invitation to the CapOne bowl. Would they still be able to get an at large bid and turn that invitation down?

Edit: In a yahoo news article it says "But only two teams from any one conference can participate in the BCS, and Ohio State and Michigan already are in line to represent the Big Ten. "
