I use a Arkua 7528 and love it. I once forgot to plug the fan back in after doing some work on it and my XP 2000+ ran for a few minutes untill I smelled it, the heatsink was so hot I couldn't even touch it and the numbers on the die seared an image into the copper plug but I didn't lose my cpu. I think I'll keep this one

I have an XP-90 with an opty 165 at 2.4Ghz stock voltage. 35c under load (while dual priming), and I live in the bay area california, where the weather is mild, so you can't claim it's due to cold weather.

In my opinion, the xp-90 is the best bang for the buck. You have your choice of which fan to use, it cools very effectively (I'd say it gives every other cooler a run for their money).

When you look at cooler reviews, you have to consider user error. How much thermal grease was used, how was it applied, did they lap the heatsink? How is their overall case airflow, etc. It all effects your temperature.
