If you use the browser- Firefox, you can download an extension that translates any language to English. That is if you really want to read the words, I just like the pictures myself.

The photo above is pretty funny. It looks like the guy in the foreground has a little "wood" going on. I probably would too though.....

what's the name of the extension?

Search for "translate" while at the extensions page. There are a couple to choose from. They will quickly translate all the text on a page using engines like google
