As far as I know, no. This is still unique to Sony because they came up with the front side LSI chip on their sensors that helps move the data off the sensor extremely fast. So unless Sony starts selling these sensors to other manufacturers or other sensor manufacturers coming out with their own you likely won't see it anywhere else.
You do know that at the very high frame rates of 960fps you're looking at only 4-7 seconds of recording time depending on the quality right? You can extend it to 40 seconds or so by lowering the quality even more but I don't see the point. And there's only so many things you can shoot in slo-mo before it gets old.
