Hiking around Seattle

I only have 1 day, so where should I go? Some personal recommendations, along with some directions should be great.

Are there any short (say 5hr loop) hikes around Mount Rainier?

I haven't done a lot of hiking since I moved here. There's a short trail (nowhere near 5 hrs) up at Rattlesnake Lake that's supposed to be pretty good. Beware of Washington "hiking trails" that are really paved walking paths.

I did the Rattlesnake Lake trail, its at most two hours and has a very nice view at the top.

IMHO the Mt. Rainier area is nicer than St. Helens.

Well, we have the concert in a few weeks, and the week after I'll be studying for the audit portion of the CPA exam which I'm taking on August 28.
