Hitman: Blood Money demo released

It's too late for me to try it out so I'll check it in the morrow.

What are the system requirements? For some reason it won't run on my 9200.

OPTICAL DRIVE: DVD-ROM drive

HARD DRIVE: 5GB Free Space

Isn't the 9200 just a slower version of the 9500? Obviously the way they designed it is going to be a bit different but they share the same level of pixel shader capabilities, right? I don't see why it simply wouldn't lag instead of crashing to desktop.

This game is apparently having issues with ATI cards, namely poor performance. Hopefully they'll get it sorted out.

Don't judge this game by the demo. The demo is merely the tutorial level in the game.

I played a few minutes before work this morning. It ran great on my 7900GT at max settings. The controls are a bit different this time around. It seems like they tried to streamline it, but since I'm used to the old controls, it's just confusing for me.

Yep. If I remember correctly, the 9200 the same as the 8500, but passively cooled and slightly slower. The 9500 was based on the 9700.

Argh! I finally managed to download it, and its starts to install perfectly on my main computer. I transfer the file to my gaming rig and NOTHING. I bouble click to install it and absolutely nothing happens. I've tried updating my drivers to no avail. Any ideas (other than downloading the entire 759 megs again?)

Of note, a patch for the demo was released today, makes the demo playable at 1280x1024 now on my 9800 Pro (couldn't use 1024x768 before).

Yeah I think the 9200 just replaced the 8500. Kinda like the 6800GS replaced the 6800GT.

Every download that I download of this f*cking demo, always tells me I'm missing a DLL. Damn it I'm pissed.

wow, this has got to be the most under rated game Ive seen. The environments and the details are terrific. Though the graphics are nothing compared to the creativity in this game which puts it in a class of its own. This is single player heaven. 13 missions varied, with 10 different ways of intrusion and strategy in each one. They also did a great job in voice acting and streaming the story. I really enjoyed this game.
