very very urgent.....I tried to format my pc, and use the recovery CD, but after it deleted everything and all that stuff, it said that the recovery failed. it asked me to either "try again," or just turn the pc off. when I tried again, it gave me a black screen w/ this informatin, and it is nown ot doing anytyhing....just sitting there:
