Is it fine to leave it in the fridge or would it be best now to transfer to room transfer storage?
Think it needs anymore yeast? No idea what yeast are in there and how effective they will be. The spice is a great idea!
If going for well carbonated like beer, does that also mean a fresh addition of brewer's yeast? And I'm assuming it wouldn't really need anymore sugar, right? Considering the whole drink is basically sugar lol.
If I let it go without additional sugar, will it produce a relatively dry cider? Think it can get a decent alcoholic strength to it?
And once finished, think it needs filtered? As usual with standard cider there is definitely stuff at the bottom if it is allowed to settle, probably fine being left in there but I don't know if more yeast is added if we'd need to worry about that.
edit:
And with an airlock, think that can be secured to the gallon container (typical gallon of milk type container)? Trying to figure out how to do this without having to buy a whole damn brewing kit for an experiment. lol I'll be getting into home brewing when I have more space in the near future but for now this will have to do.
