Hooking Up Two Hard Drives

What is the best way to use two hard drives when:

1) is the new WD Raptor 74gb I just installed Windows XP Pro on
2) is a Seagate Barricuda 250gb i want to use for storage/volume/video/etc......

What is the best way to hook it up using the Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe?

Depends on what you are using your system for.

I would make the WD the master and the seagate the slave. I always put my system drives as the master and my "data" drives as the slaves.

If these are IDE, I would put the O/S drive on primary as master and the other drive on secondary as master and put your CD device on primary as slave.
