I've purchased a motherboard and some memory from these guys. No problems. Decent shipping.

I haven't had to return anything tho', so maybe that's where problems lie. I couldn't tell you.

I have not had luck with Amptron boards in the past, just my 2c.

I have used Amptron before with no problems. I don't think they are in the same league as the big boys though. YMMV. I believe that amptron is (or was) a major supplier of OEM boards so they must be pretty stable. I have only used one board so my experience may not represent the status quo.

Use Caution when dealing with this site
They've not only sent me a lesser quality substitute for an out of stock item, but BOTH time I've ordered from this site they've sent me defective products. In fact, I'm currently disputing a charge with AE Blue because they refuse to pay shipping for me to return my defective product, this is after I paid the initial shipping to send back the POS product they sent me as a substitute and waited six weeks for the actual product to come back in stock.

They have cheap prices, but believe me, you get what you pay for.

I've had pretty good luck getting stuff there...in particular, smaller hard drives for older machines are usually pretty cheap. The 340MB drive in my IIGS and the 1GB drive in my Quadra 610 (both SCSI) were under $10 each. IIRC, the first 340-megger was bad...took it back and got another with no hassle. I also snagged a pair of 4.3GB Barracudas for this machine, and I've picked up a few other odds and ends.

(Of course, it also helps that they're located maybe two miles from where I work. )
