Hmmmmmm, pay for a year up front and submit a rebate? From a hosting company overselling at an absurd level? I think I'll keep my stuff with hosts where I pay a reasonable amount for what I get.

I just gotta say NO to this one.

I've gotta believe RossMAN if he says they spam. Yet they have this nice Spam Policy (linked) that only applies to the customers then??

Edit - maybe they'll use it to deny the rebate and keep the money even after terminating an account. Hmm...
