Also, the head of the secret service detail was in the room during the recounting of the story did not deny or correct any of it. It adds to the credibility of the story because I doubt someone would simply let such a highly inaccurate story be told in front of them without attempting to correct the record.

Yes, and always has been. But that is not even the important part here. She said upfront that it was something someone told her, not something she personally witnessed. She gave you the info you needed to make a judgement call on it yourself.
I see it as direct evidence of the sort of things Trumps staff says about him behind his back, and that people that know Trump personally thought it credible enough to retell. It does not even matter if it is true or not, it speaks to the way people that know Trump see him.

A most of what she said is direct testimony of things she personally witnessed. The grabbing the wheel was a side story. She said straight up that it was a story someone told her, and did not claim it as true, only as something she was told. That in my book makes her a credible witness because she is willing to tell us when what she is saying is not the most reliable info.

Think about that, how many times has someone told you something that was not credible but didn't tell you that their source was second hand? That is what makes someone a bad witness. Telling us that it is a second hand story is exactly what you are supposed to do.

Finally, and certainly not least in all this, her information is all sourced so we can, and hopefully will, get other witnesses that can either collaborate or deny her testimony.

Yup, and you could have just stopped at the first point. There are no rules of evidence whatsoever in a Congressional hearing. Those rules are meant to protect juries from being influenced by unreliable evidence. But a Congressional hearing is for the general public who isn't deciding whether to put someone in jail or not. We can hear it all and decide for ourselves how much weight to assign to a given piece of evidence.
