Where did you see this? From what I've seen it's that he will be interviewed in private by the committee and that interview will be both recorded and transcribed, but only the transcript will be released publicly. I haven't seen anything about him getting questions ahead of them, having his responses be only in writing, etc.The description I saw was that it would be written questions that he would receive ahead of time in areas that weren't going to raise a privilege question. Either way, I don't expect much if anything to come of it. It's mostly a "pro" for Cipollone in that he can say "see, I testified" and not really offer anything of substance.
