Based on what I’m hearing today John Eastman needs to spend the rest of his life in federal prison
The DOJ will probably consider it too partisan to indict him at this time, or some bullshit.Narrator: He won't.
The guy who took photos arrived to the capitol on a Keep America Great bus.
...
At approximately 2:04 in the video you can see Loudermilk look to his right where this guy is taking pictures. Several other places in the video Loudermilk was near this guy taking pictures of areas tourists don't normally take pictures of because they are not interesting to normal tourists. Loudermilk needs to step down or be forced out.
Great commentary by Maddow.
Apparently they aren't very good investigators.I’m confused about why the capitol police chief said there is “no evidence of reconnaissance tours”?
Considering he requested a pardon he appears to be concerned that he may be.Narrator: He won't.
Didn't get to watch the hearings. That's Mike Pence l, I assume talking with national security team, while watching shit unfold on Twitter and seeing people with a gallows chanting "hang Mike Pence"?
One of the replies: "they're saying boo-urns!"
I know it's a terrible situation but holy shit that is a perfect comedic responseOne of the replies: "they're saying boo-urns!"
I see the reason why he's retired. But his summation at the very end of the hearing was pertinent and chilling at the same time.Zzzzzz this judge they have testifying
Pain amplifier would be better.

On Monday, Capitol Police Chief Tom Manger wrote in a letter to Rep. Rodney Davis (R-IL) on the House Administration Committee "we do not consider any of the activities we observed as suspicious."
"When the guys near the tunnels go into the Capitol, that's where they hang the artwork that school children give. And at the other end, there [are] the trolleys, the trains and the kids wanted to see the trains that take the congressmen to the House chambers. That's all this was."
It's like the Capitol Police leadership wants to destroy any credibility they ever had, if they ever had any. This is certainly suspicious.
Sure Barry, the guy taking pictures of the artwork just happened to be in the riot on J6. He probably wanted to take more pictures of the artwork that he missed the day before.

"Why they've targeted me? I don't know," the Georgia representative said of the January 6 committee.www.newsweek.com
Lol yeah he woke up more during the hearing. Like the republican lawyer, “let me read what you wrote!!!”I see the reason why he's retired. But his summation at the very end of the hearing was pertinent and chilling at the same time.
I mean, if they don't I'd have to believe they're either compromised or incapable of doing their job, either of which should require a reform.I think after these hearings it will be very difficult for the DOJ to avoid indicting at least members of Trump's inner circle like Eastman. My main concern is they may do that to deflect criticism from not indicting Trump, but I stand by my prediction that Trump will face one or more indictments either federally or from georgia.
