Why won't it matter? There is nothing that says that an indictment will prevent him from running. If he wins he will just order the DOJ to drop any charges, and I won't count Trump out even if under indictment for sedition. Politics have gone crazy and it is basically impossible to predict what will happen in the next 2 years.He will definitely be indicted and his decision to run again won't matter. Yes, if he somehow won again he would be immune from prosecution. So? When I said it won't matter I meant him declaring his candidacy will not save him from indictment.
