How about Jackie Chiles.I would honestly hire the Futurama chicken lawyer before I chose the lawyers these Trumpite republicans keep choosing.
Run Forest run.So much for SS saying it didn’t happen--two witnesses corroborate CH's testimony about Trump getting handsy in the limousine.
But the best part of tonight is Josh Hawley running away in terror from the Capitol insurgents after giving the widely seen fist that helped incite them.

yeah, i was very engaged after watching one of the earlier Tues hearings live.endless lines of witnesses coming forward, I'm ready for action.
I'm ready for accountability and justice and fuck this hearing after hearing after hearing nonsense.
Hearings followed by no action gets old and boring, and turns people off.
I don't need weeks and months of hearings, the committee had me at "hello and welcome to our first hearing".
Either show me Trump in an orange jump suit, or fucking just forget it.
Fox News doesn’t have an FCC license.Of course Fox News didn’t cover it live. Why can’t their FCC license be revoked?

Shit, you are right. Seems SCOTUS has an antiquated definition of "broadcast" instead of the real IT definition.Fox News doesn’t have an FCC license.
Man, Yakety Sax is such a great song, and perfect for pretty much the entire Trump Administration. If Trump runs again that should be his campaigns theme song. Bonus for getting someone to play it live. (For those that don't know, it is a damn near impossible song to play. Boots Randolph was a legend.)
I actually agree with how things are now. The reason the FCC requires licenses for broadcast television is it's sent over communal airwaves - all operators are exposed to their transmissions no matter if they want to be or not. Cable is sent over private networks so you only deal with it if you want to and the FCC rightfully has very limited authority over private networks.Shit, you are right. If Congress can get that changed to broadcast being over the air and internet (networks) standards can be enforced.
So we just let propaganda and lies reign? Governments have made the same mistake in history. Haven't we learned from it?I actually agree with how things are now. Fox News is a malign influence on our society but I think a regulatory answer is worse than the problem.
If we let the government start banning channels that are considered 'propaganda' or 'lies' what do you think Trump or DeSantis would do with that power? So we just let propaganda and lies reign? Governments have made the same mistake in history. Haven't we learned from it?
