How Do I Enable Cookies?

I get this message when trying to sign up for PayPal, and have had problems logging in to other sites as well.

How do I enable them?

If you are using IE (5), click on Tools -> Internet Options -> Security -> Custom Level. Then you should see a cookies heading in the list.

I am using 6.0, and am finding nothing with the header Cookies.

Tools->Internet Options-> Privacy-> Advanced (under settings)-> Check 'Override Automatic Cookie Handling'

The thing is, I have been having this problem since I reformatted, even when I was using IE 5.0. The whole reason I upgraded to 6.0 was to see if that might fix the problem.

If you are still using IE 6.0, try this:
