PM at staples??

This has gotten more confused than ever. Initially I thought I was right but i got confused by quite a number of threads and would like to clear it up once and for all.

1) Are you allowed to use your coupons after you do the PMing? The PM policy online states that all PMs are only done after coupons have been applied... and there were some people who managed to get it PMed before applying the coupons.. is this YMMV? B&M?

2) Regarding the shipping fees, if there is a current promotion for free shipping, do they also PM with free shipping? In addition, if the shop is offering UPS ground for let's say $9.95, are they going to use that or the most expensive alternative i.e. Next day shipping?

3) Can you actually PM over the phone and use online coupons? We all know that there is a stackable $50 off $250 and it's only applicable online... but to PM stuff you have to talk to them individually... so is this only available B&M or over the phone?

If it's a staples specific coupon, then you should not be able to use it after price match, otherwise that's luck. For best results for that scenerio, have them ring it up, put the price match in, and mention the coupon at the last second. The attendant will most likely not want to go back through and make the changes, and just give it to you.

If it's not a staples specific coupon, then it should be taken AFTER the price match by DEFAULT. Reason being, if you are price matching it, then, in theory, you could go to the store offering the price that you are matching and use the coupon there, without needed to price match squat. Don't ever let someone fail to recognize that.

In specific to matching online offers, then anything is game, really, and it's the clerk's discretion as which way to handle it. Again, mentioning the coupon at the last minute usually works.

My dell dimension is currently at $1450. And I need to use some coupons. I know AMEX has a coupon, I'm getting it in the mail soon.

I used the no payments for 90 days coupon/evalu code. And I get free shipping, which comes with it.

My question is, can I also use the AMEX 5%(I think it's 5%) off coupon)? Or no?

If you take a BB ad into, let's say CC, will they match a price that's after rebates?

example: BB avertises a HD at 49.99 after a $50 rebate.. will CC give you the HD for 49.99 out the door?


Just wondering, cause I've never really taken advantage of the almighty price match

I think b&m = brick and mortar meaning the actual physical building

might not be correct but it makes sense in every context ive seen

Hopefully someone will answer what may be obvious...when the rebate form says one rebate per person,household address does that mean if any of the 3 are duplicated your out of luck.I want to send in 2 identical rebates both unfortunately have my name preprinted on the rebate form (circuit city) I did use 2 different addresses and it was 2 separate ourchases but the name... I have never have had a register printed name before so I did not catch it. I know this is kinda fraudish so I dont want to get banned but they got their money from me so whatever!!!! If worse comes to worse I will just return 1

Normally, yes. Most rebate centers check for this and deny all but one. Sometimes they catch it when they are entering the info into their database and other times they have programs that run to check for duplicates.

I believe what you are referring to is MSN Wallet Rewards. If you selected to use the MSN Wallet on-line at participating sites (which ran for about a month and ended 12-22) you would get 20% MSN dollars. I guess this is a yearly promotion.
