Hi, I'm wondering how I would go about getting a hard drive from staples using a 50 off $200 which I only know the code and my local Staples will not let me just tell them the code. I have a $50 rebate coming from staples plus a $30 gift check so would I be able to use the Kiosk and then pay @ the store to be more order?

Joselito -- You can probably use the coupon by ordering the drive online from staples.com for pickup from your local store.

I cancelled an order from Dell on Wednesday (Jan 22). I called them on Saturday cause I changed my mind and actually wanted the order again. The problem is that the price went up since Wednesday and I couldn't reach anyone on Saturday to possibly reinstate my order.

If I call Dell on Monday, do you think they'll un-cancel my order and actually sell it to me for Wednesday's price?

I have never seen the pick up at store option. Is this available at staples?

Unfortunately, I really doubt it. They usually won't "resurrect" an order once it's cancelled AFAIK.

Best bet is just to wait for the next sale, they happen constantly.

Over the weekend, I bought an EPO 16x DVD-Drive from CompUSA. The price was $49.99, but there are two rebates; one for $20 (Torrance, CA), and one for $10 (Plano, TX). Both rebate forms ask for the original UPC. I called the number for the rebate center on the forms, and all I got was a voicemail box that was full. Anyone else have experience with rebates for EPO DVD drives?

Will Office Depot order detail screen printouts be accepted as receipts for PNY rebates? What if I forgot to print at the end of the transaction and have to go into my order history and print that instead?

Yes. I know this is a really dumb question. I have just heard so many horror stories about PNY rebates that I want to get all my i's dotted...etc.

You can always call OD and have them fax or mail you a copy of the receipt. I think (and I could be wrong) you can go to a B&M store and they can print you a receipt....I'm not sure though. When in doubt, you can always call the number located on the rebate.

Guys I got in on the Logitech elite cordless duo from dell, and I want to take advantage or the 15 dollar rebate from logitech, but my order from Dell came in a retail package, but only with a packing slip, not a receipt. Does the packing slip count as a receipt when sending out for the rebate?

Your packing slip should count as a receipt. Also, your confirmation (that you printed after placing the order, if you ordered online) should also count as a reciept. Even an email confirmation of an order should count. Of course, it would be in your best interest to contact logitech customer service, ask them, and when you send in the rebate, photocopy everything, and include a copy of your transcripted conversation with customer service, including the name/operator number/user-id or whatever of the person you spoke to.

Of course all this may not be necessary, but you want your money, right?

And if you spend a couple bux for delivery confirmation, the rebate center cannot say "We never recieved it, please send originals again", which they obviously know you do not have because you already sent them. =) Better safe than sorry.

usually amazon.com has in-house rebates...alot of places dont honor those...is the price of the game with or without rebate?
