How do you change WinXP's icon?

I already got the Theme that he using by doing the Uxtheme already. But now, my question is how to get those Icons like the one that guys using above? Do I need to download any IconPackager or something like that to install the icons?

This appears to be a Windows Blinds skin and I would think that the icons would have come with it.

I'm really not sure you could find those icons in a sepeate icon package from this skin package.

IconPackager is the most widely used probably, and I'm sure you can find those icons for it. It's a shareware program and works pretty well, so I would suggest giving it a shot. Lots of cool themes.
