I usually fall asleep on my right side, but sometimes do so on my back. However, I don't usually wake up in any one particular position (on stomach, back, either side). Of course, I don't know what position I am in while I sleep, but I obviously am moving around.

Swap between back and right side. I can't sleep on my left side or chest down because I can't stand feeling my heart beat... it drives me crazy.

On the left side. If I sleep on my right side, my nose gets stuffed up and I have a hard time breathing.

I sleep on the right with 3 pillowsone between my leg, on against my body and one under my head.

I am a Pro when it comes to sleep I say good night to my wife and in 30sec Im asleep I have had deep REM sleep my whole life!!! It rocks.
