Large enough that no one bothers me. Been awhile since I tried to pick up the back end of the old Beetles. Doubt I could deadlift more than 500 or 600 lbs these days.

If it weren't for the fact that they tried to beat me to death, I'd almost fell sorry for the first guy I blasted. Stepped into that swing like a mug. Folded him like a deck of cards.

Wow... man I was going to say are you like a 7" wrestler that is 360 pounds? With a baseball bat damn...

Four robbers.. man what a whoopin.. Did they have anything like knives? What did the cops say? Thanks for the easy night?

Oh btw
I'm like 5'9-5'10 150 I could probably use another 10 pounds of muscle.

A healthy way to gain weight is through weight training. Get on a training diet then go down to the gym and work out. Muscle weighs more than fat, so you'll do yourself good by putting on some extra muscle mass.

I have rheumatoid arthritis (which is also the reason I eat next to nothing, often) and so can't do anything that involves a lot of strain on my joints.

Is swimming too hard on your joints? Swimming is great for the body. You can build some muscle as you work against the resistance of the water while getting a good cardio workout as well.

Swimming's actually really good. If only our apartment complex would heat the flipping pool in winter...

I'm 6 foot actually. After I called 911, the cops were like expecting to see something that reminded them of a butcher shop or something cause they came flying through the front door when they got there guns drawn. Even came with ambulances. I was standing there as they came in and said "Took ya long enough." They asked if I had done all that (pointed to the four battered idiots on the ground) and I said ya. The cop closest to me was like "Holy sh**! Want a job?"

The last time I measured, I was 5' 10". Unfortunately, I'm in the third group in the poll.

<-- is going to start running outdoors for exercise once the weather gets a little better

hehe. Why wait? I go out every morning and hike no less than 2.1 miles under a full pack for my morning warmup. Actually believe it or not, rucking it (aka backpacking, or carrying a loaded backpack) with a pack in excess of 20lbs daily for at least 2 miles, upwards to 8 miles, is actually a good thing for you. For one it strengthens your legs and two it builds a lot of patience and endurance. Trust me. 8 miles seems like an eternity under 80lbs of dead weight.

On top of that I ruck it year round. The only reason I didn't go out this morning was due to safety concerns. Fresh fallen snow on the roads, roads unplowed, slipery conditions and idiot drivers made things unsafe. I have no desire to become a pinball cause some idiot was driving too fast.
