How much is enough?

I'm looking at 2x HD 3870 x2's. -

two cd/dvd players, one is a burner

a single hard drive.

4 gigs ddr2.

mobo + dual core intel cpu

2 case fans, 1 cpu fan, might add 1 or 2 more fans.

how close am I to having enough power?

forgot to state that I use a g15 keyboard and n52 gamer pad, but still looks like i'll have enough.
