how much power is needed?

Here's the system I'm dealing with:
Athlon XP 1600+
Epox 8KHA+
512mb Crucial PC2100 DDR
Gainward Geforce3 Ti 200
12x4x32 CDRW
100GB 7200 rpm WD hd
Maxi Sound Muse sound card
Realtek Ethernet card

The question is: what power supply do I need to run this system properly. I have a Sparkle 250W that AMD had approved for the XP1600, and the system will boot to Windows, but anything that asks for the 3D function of the GF3 either freezes the system or reboots it. I doubt the card is bad, and think I was extremely, extremely optimistic to think I could do this with a 250W, and it's a power issue that causes this. So what should I go to for normal operation? 300, 350, or 400W? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Here's a Linky to AMD's site for recommended psu's. IMHO, you'd do better going to at least a 400W than getting a 300W, the 8KHA+ is very finiky about needing quality power.

Ur system is under power. If u can afford...400W...if not 350W will do.

I will look into getting a new one asap then. I guess I should be able to tell then if there are any other problems--the problems i have are probably the psu's fault I guess.
