The repair was supposed to be made with rivits which would be flush with the skin of the panel.

Notice that besides the fact that the (so-called) Mechanic did not use light weight Aluminum flush rivets, but used bulky steel nuts and bolts.

The mix of bolts, screws and nuts is appalling.

I hope this plane was grounded before it flew and until the repair could be redone properly.
