fvck do I get rid of this damn program?

I was... looking up some info on astalavista.com, ended up accidentally clicking on one of those ad-install programs (that installs a pass-through explorer program - shows up as a bar with various links at the bottom of the screen)... only thing is, I can't find it. ANYWHERE

How the fvck do I get rid of this?
