How to Copy Profiles?

Is there a simple way to copy someone's profile?

Is it as simple as copying their profile within the Document and Settings folder into the new one?

Separately, is this where a roaming profile on the Win2K3 server would work best?

Yes, this is just what roaming profiles do.

And you can copy the folder from one computer to the next but I normally just copy the favorites, desktop, and Documents.

Dont forget to reset the privilages and ownership on the profile directory. If the user's account (or "Administrators") dont have ownership as well as their account having full controll to the files than they wont be able to load it.
