how to isolate saddam's poison

If it was said Iraq had biochemical weapon that the quantity can kill all creature in the world twice, a small leak caused by bullet or even a splash boom bomb will release those gaseous stuff. It will then contaminate the air which is also come to us, and contaminate water, and it will kill us all in the world.

I think they don't put their weapon in bottles, but in some cans.

ok, perhaps we can use duct tape to protect our houses.
but how long must we hide there ?
is it for all of our live? (considering the poison quantity)
