HTML <FORM> question

I am writing a script in HTML that requires me to nest a <FORM> tag within another <FORM> tag. Obviously this is not going to work. Can anybody think of a work around to posting form data without using the <FORM> tag? The nested form is a simple TEXTAREA field with a submit button.

what is the reason you are required to have nested forms?

Say what you're trying to complish, and we can help oyu come up with a means to an end. Telling us a means that you know wont help us, well, doesn't help us.

Here's what I am doing:

I am writing a script for an e-commerce software called Miva Merchant. What the form does is POST text within a TEXTAREA field to a PHP script. The code that I am writing is an INCLUDE for another page that has a <FORM> wrapped around it. So basically the page looks like this:

<form>
--INCLUDE--
</form>

I need to submit data from this include. Unfortunately I can not alter any of the HTML in this file.

Instead of just including the stright file from the other page, parse out the information you need in your PHP script and write that out to the browser.
