I just bought an additional fan for my Lian Li PC-C60B HTPC Case (link below).
The first fan is a Front Left Intake Fan blowing cool air across the HDDs. I chose this to blow cool air across the HDD and keep them from heating up the case.
The other fan is a Back Right Intake Fan blowing cool air across the CPU/Heatsink. I chose this so it would provide the CPU Fan with Cool Air, as well as there being more room to move air than the Front Right spot.
The Top Fan Hole is directly over the CPU Heatsink/Fan, so my plan was to use the new fan as an exhaust fan. One reason being I don't have an exhaust fan right now, and also because heat rises.
I'm concerned because the CPU Fan, Back Right Fan, and Top Fan are all very close together and since they aren't blowing in the same direction... they might fight each other for air flow. Should I worry about this, or will it work just fine? Other suggestions are welcome as well.
