Fun thread, I got curious about the security and found that a good portion of these camera servers are vulnerable to an old exploit. Not sure if I should post it but a google will find it. Basically allows you to open the Admin page without authenticating, which can then allow you to change their password/settings/whatever. I'd post a screenie if I had hosting space, but about 1/3 of the cameras I've tried so far in this thread fall to this exploit, which is over a year old. Funny thing is it's so easy a 5 year old could do it.
