See, in this instance "at least once a week" is used correctly, because it is certainly true.
Though not as true as saying "at least 213,675,213,675,213 times per week" because thats how many times per week it would actually need to happen so we could have 100,000,000,000,000,000 times since Anandtech started.
But the first one is still technically correct, its just not as completely descriptive, but it doesnt need to be to get the point across. See?
