it's been 9 days. Okay...so what's the general consensus? Call her and just chat? Call her and ask for date? Too late? Here's why I never called on the third day.
In class, she likes to sit on the couch with her three friends. It's a tight squeeze, so everybody's touching each other. Of the three friends, there are two girls and one guy. The guy is a junior and is dating a senior, who happens to be in the class as well. One day his girlfriend had to miss class for a student assembly meeting. Well...I guess that was enough for him, cause the two starting going to town with the flirting. Okay...maybe I think calling it flirting is a bit excessive. Playing with each other's hair, throwing gloves at each other are things friends do...right? How about the fact that she laid her head on his shoulders for a large portion of class? Nothing?
Oh...and everytime I ask if she likes the guy(well I haven't asked her since november), she tells me, "I hardly know the guy...we just met at the beginning of the year".
Can ya see why I don't call now? OH...btw...her other friend...I'm kinda confused with. One day she just starting dancing in front of me and asked, "So I heard you're dropping Spanish"? I told her that I was thinking about it...and then she said oh and left. She's been pretty nice to me since...I've never talked to her before, didn't know her name until roll call at the beginning of the semester. So it's maybe either the friend likes me...lauren talks about me...or I'm just thinking way too hard.
So...I didn't drop spanish. I wonder why(my friend says me staying in Spanish might be too obvious...but I've been in Spanish since 1st grade) Well when Lauren realized that I hadn't dropped Spanish, she came over to sit and talk with me. I started talking to her...asked her where she worked and spaced out. I got sucked up in those beautiful eyes. So I don't know where she works.
Umm...well we continued to talk until she saw her friend, the one who danced in front of me. She said "yeay!" enthusiastically and told me she would come back to talk and walked over to say hi. Then the guy and the girl who were going out came in. She's never sat by me since. To make things worse, I hate the guy and the girl she sits with. The girl who danced in front of me is okay...she's really funny and all. The guy and the girl like to make fun of me whenever they can...embarassing me in front of the class when I forget to stress an accent. I just want to punch them in the head. They don't like me much either and never have. I think that's why Lauren doesn't sit by me...doesn't want to let them know that she might actually enjoy my company. Maybe I'm a paranoid android.
Still call?
