I dunno where you are but by FLorida law, a 16 year old can date a 24 year old, but no older.

Seeing how your 22 and she is 17, i dont see a problem. However...when its time to go out to a bar and or club, she is going to be sitting outside. Unless of course you have deep pockets and drop the door man a 20$ spot to get her in =)
