So this previous weekend was alumni weekend at my university (Villanova) so i decided to go up friday night and go to a bar w/ some friends. I opened up a tab, since i was going to be there for a while. I stepped outside for 5 minutes and got my hand stamped by the bouncer, and when i try to come back in, the bouncer makes me wait in some long ass line. I don't even care to go there anymore, so i asked if i could close out my tab. he wouldnt even let me back in w/o a 15 minute argument with him when i said that.

being pissed off, i gave a 1 cent tip on my tab. Credit card bill comes in today, those fckers doubled my bill!!!! Disputed with Credit card company and it's all good, but i hope kellys taproom in bryn mawr, pa burns in hell. i really want to bitch to management but don't even know what to say, and i would be in a rage anyways and would sound like an idiot

i have the receipt, disputed w/ amex, got my money back

What does the bouncer and his actions have to do with the bartender's service to you. You aren't tipping the establishment or the bouncer, you are tipping the bartender for serving you.

give me a break, the place was rude to me the entire night. i didnt even want to mention the bartender's service because the bouncer thing just made the situation 100 times worse. before you call me a scumbag, what would you do if you were generally pissed at the place?

They are all over the place in Fullerton. And they aren't going anywhere soon. With the colleges nearby, the yuppies, the 30-40 yr olds that still think they are in college, the weekend warrior Harley aholes, the wannabe Jesse James guys, and the flip collared-rockstar sunglass wearing, pansy idiots...the bars are here to stay.

I know just the place your talking about, being a west chester resident, I have never drank there myself being that I am 20, but I will steer clear of it in the future years, I have however drank at Tj everydays in Paoli, next to wings to go (awesome place to eat) and must say it is excellent with great service (I was part of a work parts of all 21+ guys so no one carded me)

They charge cover and don't have any drink specials. they act like an elite manhattan midtown bar. wtf?! it's just a freakin college bar. they need to get over themselves. there are plenty of better choices on the main line
